The proposed wage is not enough for minimun basic needs. Rent is more than half what is being offered therefore there wont be enough money to survive.

Extra money should be paid out to employees during these difficult times, not less!

I understand this is a difficult time for everyone in China, but this is out of our control. How can we be loyal to a job that does not have our best interest at heart especially during such difficult time?

It is a difficult time for all but teachers need to be fully compensated at this time if schools want to retain quality educators

The pay that Haida is offering doesn't cover the rent of my flat in. Futian.

The minimum salary proposed by Haida will not be enough for minimum sustainability without any leisure cost.

We should be given the opportunity to teach online just like Chinese teachers. We’re second class teachers here.

My big concerns are two-fold: 1) Haida is claiming the haven't been paid for the 19-20 academic year and have paid with their funds for the Fall of 19. I find this hard to believe without proof. 2) They in turn are bearing the cost to keep their teachers treading water in the current state of China. However, the money will come in from the government, so why should we, the teachers, be punished?

If Haida is receiving our salary from the government during this period, it is wrong that they use it to fill their pockets at the expense of teachers.

Totally agree with the above!
