Single, double bedroom apartments would be much better.

How could this be possible? It seems to violate the 2040 plan regarding density. Talmadge is NOT a major arterial corridor, and this high density rental property does not belong in this location. The city seems to no be enforcing or following their own master plan. We have seen this before, and it still continues today.

The numerous teardowns of older single family homes and replacement with duplexes geared to student housing has already put a significant strain on the neighborhood. Parking has become much tighter. The university community requires nearby housing for staff and faculty (like me), not just more and more student dorms. This project is entirely inappropriate for this location in the heart of pleasant residential neighborhood.

Carolyn: Sorry you weren't able to join in on the Zoom meeting. The SECIA association published a notice and meeting registration info in their e-Comotion newsletter, and the Better Como group also sent out info to everyone who'd given us their email to participate with us. The meeting was very well attended, and was delayed to admit everyone waiting, perhaps it was possible that the meeting organizers did overlook someone waiting to join on Zoom. To help, we'll try to let everyone know about the recording of the Zoom meeting that SECIA made, as soon as they make that available. There's also our summary report about the meeting on this page -- please take a look! And do email [email protected] so we can get you info and links for upcoming events. Your support and interest are appreciated!

Living right down the road of this location I can speak loudly in saying that this will do way more harm than good. The area is heavily populated as it is, and adding this building will only put more strain on existing residents.

I live right by where this building would be going up. This would decrease livability in this area as parking is already pretty full.

I hope they don't build anything over three bedrooms. Unlike they're going to do at 1022

These tear downs to 15 bedroom Go-Gopher projects are destroying our neighborhood.
