We the people of the United States of America hereby petition any persons at the Federal level voted or elected by the people of the United States into any postion of service to the people of the United States to give back any monies received as payment for said services, and refuse further payment for said services for the duration of the "shutdown" of the Federal government. Shutting down the Federal Government is the ultimate sign of failure to complete the task for which elected officials are elected. This petition signed by the people of the United States signifies that failure at the Federal level does not mean the people of the United States will stand idly by.
