The Rockefeller Drug Laws failed to reduce drug use or sales, wasted billions of taxpayers dollars and has destroyed communities through mass incarcerations. Over 90% of people incarcerated under the laws are Black and Latino, even though Whites use an sell drugs at equal rates.
