In North Shore Acres, there’s no sidewalks. Cars, trucks don’t even stop from Central Avenue stop sign to the Glen Cove Avenue stop sign. Small stretch and it’s so dangerous. I recommend a speed bump.

As a frequent user of the roads--even running on the shoulder of these roads can be very dangerous. I have more close calls than I needed.

Totally agree. People are so in a rush these days. Slow down and obey the street signs.

My office is on Littleworth Lane. It’s close to impossible to turn left onto Glen Cove Ave at that intersection.

With more kids walking to and from school to avoid Covid exposure on school buses this is even more important.

The county needs to also address the sidewalks (crumbling curbs, uneven pavement, overgrown bushes) from Sea Cliff Ave to Glen Head Road which will also help make our towns safer for pedestrians.
