Comstock Homes and Emerson Park are the two communities mostly impacted by this decision. Since residents of Emerson Park and Comstock developer strongly oppose to opening of vehicular traffic, we will not allow outside interest to disrupt the daily life and will commit to make sure that this do not happen to our neighborhood.

I say Comstock came to community in good faith, worked out an agreement that will provide access for pedestrian traffic only. Stick with that agreement that was worked out by the neighbors that will be most impacted, (others from blocks away that will not be affected is not only unfair but they were not there negotiating in good faith with the community that will be most affected).

I strongly disagree with opening our quiet and safe community to vehicular traffic and predators that would no doubt increase our crime rate and make our neighborhood unsafe.

Emerson Park HOA Inc & Immediate Neighbors support the PUD Application 15-04 as is (NO vehicular connection) and encourage the governing agencies of DC, the Mayor and City Council to do the same.
