Scott and Carrie have changed countless lives through their work at Tippecanoe. They have improved old programs and are constantly working to make camp the best place it can be.

The Weigleys are even just directors. They are friends, leaders, parents, siblings, tear wipers, hand holders, and wing builders to me and many other whom they taught to fly in their time as my bosses and the directors of Tipp.

I have worked with and met a lot of different camp directors over the many years that I have been associated with Camp Tippecanoe. I started attending the camp in 1958 and will be there this summer to do volunteer work. Why would I want to travel 960 miles from Florida just to volunteer at the camp? The answer is Scott and Carrie Weigley. They are very capable directors and encourage everyone (including me) to do their best. They even checked up on me and my wife when she was battling cancer last summer (she beat the cancer thanks to all of the prayers ). That was above and beyond the call of duty.
They have had a great impact on improving the camp also. I urge you to reconsider your decision and keep the Weigleys on as directors. I served on the camp board of directors and know that the camp has made tremendous improvements in the last 9 years. Keep the winning streak going.

I worked at camps as a counselor for 8 summers, only spent one at Tipp., but never did I see directors out with their campers and counselors as the Weigley's. They are more important to that camp than the board realizes.

Scott and Carrie are very invested in Camp Tippecanoe, and have a passion for the core of what makes Tippecanoe a special place to be valued and shared. It would be very hard to find anyone who can match their commitment and passion.

Attended CampTippe when I was a kid & my kids have been attending for the past 10 yrs. We even moved out of state & still make the 10 hr drive back so kids can continue to go each year. Scott & Carrie are the reason my kids have had such a great experience & continue to come back.

The Weigleys have invested their family in this camp, and have brought alumni deep into the fold. As I posted earlier on their page, investing in the past allows the alumni to invest, often tangibly and quantifiably, in the future of the camp. If there is no misconduct, why incinerate a profitable and ethical partnership? They are fantastic leaders, and live a YMCA LIFESTYLE whether folks are watching or not. KEEP THE WEIGLEYS
