Wu Lae is a minor Mortal Kombat character, who made his debut in Mortal Kombat Armageddon as a mid-boss and the last warrior of the Tengu clan in Arctika, who lost to Taven, but was... spared (?). Leader of the Tengu clan, a rival clan of the Lin Kuei, he wielded a scythe in battle. The clan of orange ninjas should be a part of the new canon as well as they were a part of the original timeline, but this time, with a leader of the Tengu clan, Wu Lae as playable character. Ninjas are always welcome in MK, right? So help him to make it in the next Mortal Kombat game! Tremor was a minor character for years, eventually, he has made it in MKX as playable, DLC character. Bruh, he'd be littt. Tengu is an ancient goddess of like wind or birds or something in that vicinity, their emblem is a crow to go with that for a story arc about them. The Bandits idea is iffy but he would be awesome if redone. His Scythe and Claws were mean as well. I think he should be given wind type powers similar to Fujin (who could be their God if their story is revamped)

I don't mind if it's not even Wu-Lae but I want someone to represent the Tengu, I would root it like crazy if the Tengu was female, given that it was originally in John Tobia's original bios for Liu Kang that the Shaolin were secretly funded by Tengu.
