This area in the last 10-15 years has grown and continues to grow with the numerous senior developments. It ha become a very active route (519) between NJ & PA., plus the added traffic from the county offices that have opened up where hundreds come for assistance. Not too mention that the cops in the area need a place to hang out and eat donuts. You certainly will see an increase with the opening here.

There are a lot of homes and nothing comparable in that entire area. Belvedere is the county seat And has a lot of traffic going in and out of it

we are in an area with over 5 to 6 hundred senior homes who are just hoping a dunkin' would come here. travel to washington or phillipsburg is sometimes too far to go. and we do not have that wonderful coffee and cruellers anywhere around.

You' be surprised at the amount of traffic generated in this area from both New Jersey and Pennsylvania with many PA residents coming for gas already.

I would be a regular! 519 has a large volume of traffic at different time's of the day! Plus the county offices right behind the new center.

Are they nuts? Oh, my-- the years we would have killed for a DD there! There is plenty of traffic down 519. What there isn't, is anyplace convenient to get a decent cup of coffee.

I've had dreams where I would touch a naked woman and she would become a donut.
I know this fantasy will never come true but having a Dunkin Donuts next store would be pretty chill.
