We buy Dunkin donuts by the pound. How inconvenient it is to go to P'burg for coffee. We would definitely visit a DD in White Twp!!

While the traffic pattern might not be an indicator of possible customers, the location of two senior citizens development plus apartment housing in the immediate vicinity will also bring in many customers. I know of people who travel to Washington each day to get a cup of Duncan Donuts coffee.

There are two big buildings behind the area full of employees, there are many senior developments and the employees going into the County Seat - plus Belvidere and White Township - what more do you need.

there is Plenty of traffic in that area, in my opinion, but please don't think of putting a DD in the town of Belvidere, we already have two "Skoogies" deli stores.

Would love to have a DD's that close. I can't believe that they do not think we have enough traffic to warrant opening a DD with it being the main route to 80 and with Belvidere being the county seat.
