This café is ideally located and having such a competent and friendly person like Wendy serving makes it a nice place to go.

I used the Byte Cafe when I worked the Kilburn Building. Was a handy place to grab lunch a or quick snack. Wendy was always very helpfull and cheerful.

There is no question that Wendy and her colleagues undertake excellent work and provide a very good value for money service. The challenge is not with them; the reason Café Byte does not take the sales it should is that the product lines that are being sold are a bit dated when compared to some of the more fashionable offerings available in the more expensive shops in Oxford Road. A bit more imagination with the products for sale would help with increasing turnover and gaining market share

If you think the coffee and junk food machines are enough services for CS staff and students, you are wrong!! There is a much difference in taste and feelings! Improve the Byte Cafe is the solution not closing it!!

Working in Kilburn I regularly visit the café and always found Wendy to be friendly and helpful. It is the heart of Kilburn and it would be such a shame to see it close.

Wendy is a star. Her and her smile are a very visual representation of a helpful and admired member of Kilburn and the University staff. Just knowing she is there , doing her job is a benefit to all of our Wellbeing as we deliver service across our University
