Unfair. I'm sure Carole Anne had seniority, she's been there for as long as I can remember. We are upset because she is like family to all who have been watching Ottawa CTV News every night.

wow. Brutal corporate move and stupid too. This has really destroyed the legacy of Max Keeping with the Ottawa community as Carol Anne was the remaining connection to that. I am finding CTV news very dismal without her. For the first time in 30 years, I switched to CBC.

Saddened to hear. Mrs Meehan has been a fixture in our home for decades. Like most, she WAS part of our family. Bell Media should be ashamed. Her and Mr Keeping WERE CTV news. Huge loss to all her viewers. I will miss her smile, her humor, her compassion, her dedication and passion to deliver news to us that mattered most. City Hall should step up and name a street after her, I've swithed to CBC news already, Thank you Mrs Meehan
