Shame on Bell! No sense of loyalty to their employees or even consideration for their audience. This is just wrong. I'll be getting my news from a different station because now, there's really nothing to differentiate CTV from any other channel.

Very sad to hear, I am sure that Carole Ann felt that it was a kick in the stomach. I am hoping that they give her a full pension in compensenation. She is now a single parent and does not need the additional stress of this inhumane act.

I hope viewers will boycott this station to tell Bell Media exactly what we think of this situation. Someone should lose their job over this and it's not Carol Anne.

My opinion of Bell Media is that they have hit rock bottom. Carol-Ann is not only on the 6 o'clock news but a pillar in the community. I am disgusted with the callousness of Bell Media & so if any other station be it TV or radio has the foresight to hire her, they will be the better for it.

Of all the news anchors, Carol Anne is the best. She is a trusted source of news. Not so those remaining. I am looking for another source for my news needs.

Please give Carol Anne Meehan her job! She was a worthy well loved anchor, informative and a familiar face to look forward to seeing everyday. It is a tragedy to hear of her discharge.
