I have watch Carol Anne Meehan on the news for 27 years and CTV news since I was little when my parents watched it I am now 49 and I will no longer be watching CTV news...shame on you.

Carol Anne has been the face of the Local News far too long for you to just slap her in the face like that. Bell Media made an "adjusted" profit of $183 Million and you have to lay people off? Sound like Corporate greed to me.

I didn't even know this happened until today. This woman you let go was one of the reasons I loved watching the news. She new how to laugh at silly stories. She had an opinion and wasn't afraid to voice it. I'm truly disappointed in this arrangement and hope you will reconsider.

This is and OUTRAGE Carol Ann Meehan deserves more respect that that!! 27 YEARS down the tubes just like that?? Very pathetic,under-handed and low! CJOH would have given her much better respect than that! To pull a person's life apart that way?? Makes me sick!! But hey,that's big corporation for you,they sit around chewing the fat all day and then WHAM job cuts form the lower levels I wish somebody could do to corporations what happened to Carol Ann! Very low and pathetic!! Screw BELL MEDIA!!!!!!!

This is unfair Carol Ann needs her job back. Everyone looks up to her in the community. I am demanding the she be reinstated today. She deserves more respect for the work she has done.
