Big mistake, CTV. Carol Ann has a huge fan base and we're all extremely disappointed by this decision.

Bring Carol Anne Meehan back to our homes and into our hearts. She is a genuine person who reports the news with compassion. She believes whole-heartedly in the community and the Ottawa Region.

You let go the wrong one... Its the guy that needs to go as he is boring and offers nothing during his show. She , on the other hand offers much to the people , the community and the show. She is compassionate about the news, unlike her co- anchor. There is now no reason to ever watch CTV again. CBC it is!

I have watched CTV Ottawa news for over 40 years. It is this move specifically that has made me decide to stop watching. And my immediate & extended family as well.

We watch CTV news because of Carol Anne Meehan. If you let her go it is a big mistake and we will certainly turn to CBC News instead.
