She is the reason I watch. I am 25 yet want to be in touch with what is going on in the city but. I refuse to do so without her. She has been a light on TV on dark days. She remind us all that it is still ok to be human. I.e crying when she had to break the news of Max Keeping passing away,

Carol-Ann is an icon in this town. She is a good human being and cares. You don't just fire people like that. Put the shoe on the other foot. Rehire her!!!!
