Are you kidding me.... Your letting Carol Ann Meehan go after 27 years? ....If that's the case I'll be watching CBC local news from now on

I was shocked and disappointed. Carol Anne is loved by the community. Similar to Max she is like family to everyone.

Typical of Bell Media to let go of senior journalists to pay a lower wage to lesser interns. Buh-bye CTV, you now suck!

She is a fun, loving person. She makes the news interesting especially when she, a woman, is with the kids. She is greatly appreciated.

I believe Carol Ann has more rights and viewer fans than the others on CTV, she should not have been laid off.

Just last night, I watched the full hour of news and thought how comforting it was to have 'family' in my living room when I get home from work at night. I am appalled and saddened...this is an atrocity.

I was shocked to hear the news tonight about Carol Anne Meehan and Carolyn Waldo. Obviously hard work and dedication means nothing to Bell Media. What a slap in the face to these two women who have given you so much over the years. Pretty sad.
