Every evening while eating dinner CTV News was my choice to get caught up on the news that happened during the day. Tonight as I tuned in and watched the news something was different, Carole Anne was missing on the 6oclock news. I later find out on social media that Carole Anne has been laid off! That made me sick to my stomach. Is that how you treat someone that has been working there for 27 years? This action is cold and heartless! Carole Anne will be missed by many.. Bring her back!

If Carol Anne Meehan is gone then so is this viewer. I grew up with listened to and learned great respect and trust in this lady. I looked forward to watching the news knowing Carol would be on.

Four years ago you and the big other telcom companies tried to bring in the bandwidth metering. I protested by cancelling all of my services with Bell. Back in 2011, Bell India called me constantly with retaining agent in trying to keep my business. It was too late.
I just have one more year with my cell phone contract and I will not renew ever again with Bell.
I am disgusted with you A%%## at Bell. After firing "iconic" news anchor Carol Anne Meehan, sports reporter Carolyn Waldo, Rick Gibbons and Shelley McLean
You should be firing Mary Anne Turcke you made that descision
I will boycott any product from Bell ever again.

Our Nations Capital CTV 6:00pm news I'm sure is watched daily by hundreds of thousands!!
Shameful representation and so disrespectful of Bell Media to cut such an important media position that Carol Ann has had for over 26 years!
Just proves that those huge corporation top brass of Bell Media are nothing but greedy and selfless imbeciles!! Dam crooks, bet those at the top are still paid more than their deserving salary plus bonuses and exceptional benefits at the price of our communities!!
