Carolinr Meehan is a consumate professional, one who has earned the respect of faithful viewers. The new anchor has not earned the position on the desk or in the community. Bring Caroline back. Until then, CBC will become my go to station!

Carol Anne is the heart and soul of the evening news. She is your face in the community,has been loyal to you and your viewers ! This is a very poor business choice because it will cost you viewers and your viewer loyalty

Carol Anne has a connection with the viewers that Graham just does not have. She is a trusted family member who delivers the news with professionalism and compassion. If she is not on I will not be watching your station. I can live without the news as I can listen to it on the radio and read the newspaper instead.

I have exclusively watched CTV Ottawa News, in large part due to Carol Anne Meehan, with her departure CBC News Ottawa will be gaining another viewer.

It makes no sense to get rid of the top news anchor in the city. She is an amazing woman who is amazing at her job. There are far too many other people in this world who are bad at their jobs yet they get to stay....
