Carol Ann has been part of the CTV Family since 1989 and every evening we have tuned in to watch the news with both Max and Carol Ann . It was sad to lose Max when he retired but to lay off Carol Ann is not wrong. She is part of of community family and we don't treat family in that manner. Bell Media You want good ratings and loyal fans and yet this is how you treat your local employees - loyalty goes both ways. Such to say we will be switching to CBC

She has a solid person in the community for many years. I met her once and her sincere kindness was a refreshing change to most well known personalities. Give her the job back.

I have faithfully been watching this newscast for as long as I can remember and I am 56 yrs old. I watched when I was a youngster while i lived at home near Perth, I watched when I moved to Arnprior, and now I live in Prince Edward County and still make sure I'm finished dinner in time to watch the CTV Ottawa newscast. Carol Anne Meehan is the main reason I watch this newscast. To me, she has become as trustworthy as Max was. If Carol Ann is laid off, I will watch the Kingston newscast, which would make more sense for me seeing as though i live in Picton. Please do not lay Carol Anne Meehan off.
Sincerely,
Jane Ann Reeves
