You have truly crossed a line by laying her off. Very typical of large monopoly corporations. You don't reward your loyal employees with a strong connection to the company you fire them. I will now be watching CBC or Global . You are done in my eyes.

27 yrs of service and that is how you re pay an employee .. Carole Ann has been a face of the 6 o'clock news since i can remember.. Not only cause my dad worked for the company.. After the year she has had loosing her husband and things .. I find it disgusting that they do this ... Pamela Clarke

I am disgusted at Bell media. The day before they had a huge retirement send off for Steve Madeley from CFRA and you let Carol Ann go without even a send off after 27 years? She could have easily anchored on her own. I will not be watching this show anymore.
