Carol Ann is one of the main reasons I watch CTV News.. she has been an icon in our living room for over 25 years. This news has shocked many of us and there are thousands of negative conments on Facebook regarding your decision. I, like many others will not continue to watch your news.... It is such a loss to everyone in the viewing region.....please do the right thing and reinstate the true news anchor of CTV News
Respectfully submitted

After 27 years you lay her off? Come on, Carol Anne Meehan is a part of Ottawa and a big part of the CTV news. Bring her back if she will even come back after a blow like this. When you have loyal employee's you dont let them go like that.

Carol Anne Meehan has been part of CJOH News for many years , It was always Max Keeping , JJ Clark and Carol Anne that delivered the news. She worked a lot with charities, She should have her job back, she has many more years of senority then other people that are on the news

With Max gone, Carol Anne was THE anchor and the reason we watched the 6:00 news. Big mistake by Bell Media. Should have let the other anchor go ... doesn't have any warmth or passion for our valley region. We will miss Carol Anne and Carolyn Waldo. Consider our family now x-CTV viewers. Shame, shame, shame on Bell Media.
Let her stay
