I am angered by the layoff of Carol Anne. And where are the women at the anchor desk???? I will no longer watch the show until carol Anne returns.

Give Carol Ann back her job. Many of us in the Ottawa Valley watch the news expecting to see and hear her. Without her we'll either watch the cbc or just won't bother.

As a woman, I take offence at Ms. Meehan being laid off and the younger, less experienced male anchor keeping his position. How is this NOT misogyny? Please reconsider and bring Ms. Meehan back to her rightful place. In the interim, I will be watching Global.

Surely there must be more junior staff that can be let go before Carol Anne. She is the reason we watch CTV news!!! Her delivery of the news events is always so on point be it a serious,sad or happy item. Her face is the face of CTV news. Please reconsider your decision!

It is time that Bell Media's gutting of CJOH comes to an end. I will be boycotting CJOH as well. There is a cost to disassembling a local institution.
