Carol Anne we will miss you. CTV news will not be the same and we plan not to watch that news. It is unbelievable in this day and age the way you were dismissed along with your co-workers. I hope something better is offered you and appreciates your talents.

I was shocked to see the announcement of the laying off? of Carol Ann. Especially at this time of year and the personal tragedy she had endured before hand. Please have the decency to bring the laid off people instead of the want of profit. Andrea.

Bell has shown us again that profits are more important than people. To bad Global would not set up shop in Ottawa and raid CTV employees past and present.
Most if not all T.V. and radio media, go out of their way to get involved in community events on their off time.Bell Media showing short-sightedness on thier part.
You owe ans obligation to these people to keep them employed.
Shame Shame on you.
We have cancelled our telephone service with Bell and will be tuning into CBC for our news as much as it pains me to do so.

Shame on you! Local people bringing local news - that's what it should be all about. Carol Anne gives a hometown feel to the news and keeps us up to date on the happenings in this city. Bring her back, she's been through enough in the past few years. Letting her go just to save the almighty buck, while Bell Media makes millions. Disrespectful to the people of Ottawa.

Gosh CTV news at 6:00 pm is so damn boring without Carol Anne...don't even want to tune in anymore - what a stupid decision to let her go!!! Make Ottawa happy and bring her back!
