This does not look good on CTV and Bell Media. Common sense should have prevailed.

Carol Anne was a terrific journalist, one of the best, and doesn't deserve to be fired from CTV. She is much loved by the community and learned from the best - Max. This is one of the dumbest decisions Bell Media has ever made. Bring her back!

Disgraceful. Been watching CTV 6:00 news as far back as I can remember. Please reconsider.
I watched my last news as of last night.
Show some gratitude Bell.

I switched from CBC to CTV when Caron Ann was hired to work along side of Max....and I'll switch back if Ms. Meehan is now there for the evening news and charitable causes

Not only is Carol Anne a superior TV announcer and extremely personable, she lives in this community and is a single parent of two lovely children. I'll bet that Max is rolling over in his grave.

She was the bright spot on the show. I can't believe they are that cold hearted to do it that way when she was loved by Ottawa and surrounding area. Not even a grace period to gently let down her faithful viewers. Please bring her back!

Well- well-well again it goes to prove that there is no job security anywhere. The first thing we did after returning to Nova Scotia was to find a service provider that would bring us Carol Anne well we can cancel that. Carol Anne all the best from your LOYAL followers in Nova Scotia
