One of the main reasons I still watch crv news, she is an icon in the community and very well respected in her field. Probably one of the reasons your ratings are so high.

Carol Anne was an important part of my day, and the reason I watched the evening news on CTV. Without her I am no longer interested, and will switch to CBC.

Carole Ann has not only been a incredibly loyal and dedicated employee she is also the CTV representative across Ottawa as she is involved with many great charities which by association means CTV benefits from because it is automatically associated with these charities because of Carole Ann.. not long ago Carole Ann went through one of the worst personal experiences a person can go through in losing her best friend and spouse.. I too went through that not long after she did.. and because of the loyalty shown by the company i worked for it helped me get through a bad time.. also one of the reasons I continue to work as hard as I did for the company as I know Carole Ann has for CTV.. it's always mutual respect that gives great benefit for company and employee but it's very obvious from this that CTV has no honor or respect when it does this to someone such as Carole Ann not only because of who she is to the community but because of its lack of respect and honor for her dedication and loyalty to the company. Future employees will certainly consider this before working for a company who demonstrates this kind of behavior in business.
