Please re-think your decision BellMedia. I'm sure there is a different place you could make cuts rather than letting go of Carol Ann. You didn't even allow her the courtesy of being able to say good-bye to her fans. Very poor decision. CTV is no longer my station of choice for news.

One of the main reasons why I watched CJOH was because of Carol Anne. She always made you feel comfortable and was very trustworthy. I won't be watching this channel again, unless they bring back this wonderful lady.

We were in shock to hear the terrible news. She has given so much to the community!
Is genuinely caring and interested in the topics. Plus we enjoy her humor and laugh!
Unbelievable after 27 yrs. all her dedication and hard work this is how she is treated. If it's cost and only wanting one position. She should have won over Graham!
Sorry Carol Anne show her love for the job! Were her counter part seems to be there for a pay check only.

Carol Anne epitomized the values needed for a community minded media outlet. My dedication to this station is now gone unless she is brought back. I am so sorry that Bell Media only made a profit of $183mm last year. What a pity! This is one of the many reasons why our world is going to hell in a handbag. Shame on you Bell!!!

The comments on this petition demonstrate without doubt the admiration and respect this community and beyond has for Carol Anne. Bell Media must admit its error in this instance and reinstate Carol Anne as the anchor of CTV News Ottawa at 6.
