Great people, excellent speakers.
Both support the community more than any manager does at CTV.

Heartless! She is the soul of the news and clearly unappreciated. Bell Media do the right thing and reinstate Carol Ann Meehan and Carolyn Waldo. Waldo is a Canadian icon. Sad to see...do we have a gender issue here?

She is the main reason why I watch CJOH. What a shame to have her laid off!

Very sad that Bell Media would fire one of the last real journalists on local TV. I was appalled by the manner in which CJOH News Hour was desiccated when Bell Media acquired CTV, this now goes one better. I will personally do all I can to do no business with Bell and all of its sponsors. Money talks do your part.

I have watched the news for many years and feel Carol Anne Meehan is a trusting voice to provide local and international news. Please reconsider your decision. She in an important part of the CTV news family.

For all the good she has done for the community I am in shock that they would do this to her and to the community she so greatly represents!

Carol Anne Meehan is a great reporter and this is the reason we watch the news every night.
I guess we have to switch to another channel that has nothing to do with Bell Media!
