This is very disturbing and shame of Bell Media. Bring back out beloved Carol Anne. My husband and I have been watching the local news on CTV for over 25 years...we are now switching to CBC. Another example of corporate CEO's not understanding what trust in our news means!

I thought she was doing a very good job as anchor. Unless someone at Bell Media can give an explanation why she had to go, I would recommend bringing her back

Discriminatory decision - age, gender, nepotism. Almost 18,000 strongly worded pleas and nada from Bigshot Bell. Yeah that's about right for them. I've been watching CBC since Carol Anne left and it's an excellent news program. Don't miss CTV at all, not even JJ !! I imagine the sponsors will be thinking twice as well. CTV Ottawa News @ 6 is the MOST BORING newscasts now. Three blocks of wood in suits, no life at all. Serves you right if the show tanks Bell Media :|
