How can you let go of the person that people turn their TVs on everynight at 6 to watch. She is loved by the people and after being in front of us for almost 30 years has found her way into our hearts. We pay for our tv channels, why is there such a disconnect between the viewers and the people making too much money who make these decisions.

I was sad to hear of the decision of Bell Media to cut short the wonderful career Carol Anne has build over the years. I think the manner in which it was executed shows a total lack of respect, i am sure after 27 years she would have liked to at least say goodbye to her viewers. I wish her all best in her future endeavours, and say thank you for your hard work and dedication.

Carol Anne is one of the main reasons why I watch the CTV news at 6 pm. She's a caring person and without her, the new won't be the same....to the degree that I will stop watching it.

I don't live in Ottawa anymore but I still feel like Ottawa is my home and the best part of home is family and Carol Anne is family to all those who have watched her (and Max) for years! He can never come back, but she can....and should!
