After Max passed away, Carol Anne was our anchor. We want her back, she is so important to the community. The local CBC should scoop her up, I would then watch them. Who's next JJ, come on.

She has never and would never behave like Jian Ghomeshi or Brian Williams allegedly did but received the same treatment. Bell did a terrible thing.

Everybody ... contact CTV Ottawa, Bell Media websites as well as this petition site. I tuned in at 6pm and no Carol Anne, just an empty chair beside the nitwit Graham Richardson. Changed to Global immediately. Let's fix this people, we MUST have a say in this and we MUST KEEP having a say in this until she's back

Carol Anne Meehan served CTV and this community loyally, compassionately and with grace and professionalism ensuring that your viewers were well informed of the daily news events both locally and on the world stage for 27 years!. I am furious that a company that she was so very proud to serve has turned and cut her position due to a restructuring process. You cannot tell me that there are not other choices that could have been made to save your budget. I hope that you will re-consider this error and reinstate Carol Anne in to the position that is rightfully hers. You are risking a large decline in your ratings and viewing audience by terminating her employment with your station.
