You have made a huge mistake dismissing Carol Anne. She is the reason why we watch the evening news. She has been in our home for the last 20 plus years.

I am truly saddened by this news. I Especially do not understand why if cuts had to be made...why keep the newer, younger, less experienced individuals over those who are known to have the most connection to the community, the most experience and the most seniority??? Carol-Anne's loss as well as that of the other senior staff who were let go cannot be replaced. They were one of a kind and irreplaceable. I am honestly and seriously considering boycotting ctv/bell media as a result of this assinign decision!

Carol Anne Meehan is like family and a connection to Max Keeping. I grew up with them and trust her. She deserves to leave on her own terms. I will now be watching CB C News.
