If you are downsizing, you should start with the junior and less experienced employees, not the cream of the crop. I have been following Carol Anne for the last20+ years and now that you've "axed" her, I will be switching my allegiance to CBC Ottawa.

She is the Rock of CTV news at 6:00pm. I know that I can trust her totally for providing the news information. Although she went through a very rough patch we can always count on Carol Ann to deliver.

angry for this loss. She represents working women, working mothers, , single mothers, philanthropist. I was sickened with the news tonight seeing three men at the desk and no female representation. The old boys' club wins again.

Without a doubt Carol Anne should be reinstated and allowed to retire when she herself chooses. Carol Anne is a HUGE asset to CTV news and a major reason as to why I follow my news on CTV.
