Shame on you Bell for dismissing a part of our family in such a way. Carol Anne was a part of our life , she represented Ottawa and area news like no other can. You should reconsider your decision and bring this Icon back to our homes for the great job she has done for years.
Thank god Max is not witnessing such a disgraceful way to let her go.
Six O'clock news will never be the same, CBC at 6 is starting to look better all the time.

It is a devastating day in news broadcasting. Decisions like this leave us viewers questionning the integrity of corporations like Bell Media. I can say that I may simply tune out completely of CTV.

I wish I could've had the same support when I got canned at Mapleleaf foods and was the best and most recognize salesman in the Ottawa area.

I have watched the 6 o'clock news all of my life mainly because of Carol Anne and now have no desire to see the show without her. At least have the decency to let her say goodbye to her loyal viewers.

Carol Anne is one of the faces I enjoy seeing every night. She and Max were one of the best news teams and since Max is no longer with us we need her to keep the support of the team alive. Please keep her CJOH news/
