Allow the WYFCP elections to occur ASAP without changing the by-laws mid election!

I have three kids in the Winfield program. Both football, baseball, and cheer. I always want to stay with the "Cavs", however we are not opposed now to moving to another program if this type of immoral actions are occurring. These are "OUR" kids lives that's being played with. Shame on whoever is trying to pull these shenanigans. I would love to have a town hall meeting where I could hear more and voice feedback as my right as a Winfield parent!

My sister in law is Kelly Duncan and brother Scott - my nephews play on this team and what you are doing is unfair!

My grandsons play in this organization and this should not be allowed on any level. Let the kids play, get rid of the drama!

Over the last five years I have watched this organization go from being all about the kids to being all about certain individuals that only care about themselves. This is obvious by what they are trying to do now. If the current administration stays in place, this program will be gone soon. It has already started to fade away very quickly. It's time to allow people who actually care more about the kids then themselves to run this program. Without the kids, there is no program.

The process needs to be allowed to work. It's time to allow people who care more about the kids than themselves to run the program. Without the kids, there will be no program.
Bylaws should not be amended right before elections.

Bylaws should not be changed in the middle of the process. The process needs to be fair. If folks applied according to the existing bylaws, they should have the right to a fair vote.

I cannot believe that this is happening! It absolutely disgust me that this is going on. We left MAYAA because of all of the back door deals the coaches were making at Memories before the season had even started. When we came to Winfield 5 years ago we were so excited to be in a program where your child could actually get playing time, learn something & build great relationships with their coaches & fellow brothers. I truly hope that WE dies not end up like another MAYAA. It will truly be a very sad day for my son to not have his same coaches and teammates that he has had for so long.

I will follow Shaun Poulton, Brian Faya, Jim Mullen and Kelly Duncan to another program if I have to. We have been with WYFCP for 8 years with two sons going thru the program. Let’s have a fair process.
