doesn't everyone know the people who have access to the school funds are crooks??? They have found a variety of ways to legally, but unethically funnel money out of the school fund and into their pockets. With a combo of a family run non-profit, and hand picked school board members. Don't sign this petition before you do your research??

I love the students at WAYS! Our organization H.O.P.E. at UCLA has worked with WAYS for the past 3 years and the students have always held a special place in our hearts. They were inquisitive, respectful, and eager to share about what their favorite subject was or what they wanted to be when they grew up. Their attitude toward learning was distinct from the environment of public schools I attended while growing up. I think that a big part of how impressive these young students were to us can be attributed to the teaching and care of the administration and teachers at WAYS. Our experience with administration as been with Vice Principle Dr. Okwonko, who impressed us all with how good she was with the young students to encourage and empower them to shine! Please keep this academy open!
