لوحظ مؤخرا ظاهرة تصوير الأشخاص و نشرها على الانترنت و ما يتبع ذلك من مشاكل و فضائح من شأنها الإخلال بالتوازن و التماسك في المجتمع و تعدى على خصوصية الفرد.
لذلك أنا الموقع أدناه أطالب بتشريع قانون يجرم تصوير إي شخص بدون إذن مسبق منه و معاقبة المخالفين بأشد العقوبات التي تراها الدولة مناسبة كما فعلت دوله الإمارات الشقيقة

I was reading through some of the messages coming in and it is wild how many people have had their photos stolen or posted online without them ever knowing. It keeps me up at night honestly because even if this feels like a small effort right now the silence from the people who should be fixing this is getting loud enough that they have to pay attention eventually.

I honestly never thought this would gain this much traction when I first tapped out the draft on my couch late at night. Seeing so many people jump in is just wild because it shows we all feel creeped out by this trend of filming strangers without asking. My head is honestly spinning a little bit but in the best way possible.

فعلا الوضع زاد عن حده والناس صارت تصور بعض بالشارع كأننا في استوديو! لازم عقوبات رادعة لأن الخصوصية صارت معدومة
انا ارى ان تصوير اي شخص بدون إذن مسبق منه هو تعدي على خصوصية هذا الانسان وقد يولد مشاكل نحن بغنى عنها
there should be a law against that ,it will start with taking pictures and videos and then it will get even worse and people will interfere with other people lives and hatred will spread between them and might lead to crime taking a video of someone you don't know ,you have no right to do so
لا يجوز فضح الناس بهذه الطريقة. هناك أجهزة أمنية كفؤة في حال ثبوت وجود جريمة أو اخلال بالقانون, اذا فالتشهير يعتبر تطاول على القانون و دور الأجهزة الأمنية!

its really scary someone can just film you and put it online without asking. this needs to stop immediately
