Mr Herring is acting like the President...enforcing laws he likes...not enforcing laws he doesn't like...this seems to be the new Democrat way of ruling...did they all take a crash course in "how to rule your country" from Castro or Chavez? If the Republicans don't get off their butts and put a stop to this then the 'one world...one government' conspiracy theory becomes more real!

Attorney General position is to uphold and defend the law...not make up his own. Mark Herring proved emphatically within his first 30 days in office that he is unfit to perform the most basic duties of his position.
