Lift this ban in Collin County. It's stupid and doesn't stop anything. You all know this, but yet care. I refuse to go into any establishment that tries to make me wear one. This is AMERICA, land of the free. It has hurt so many small businesses, yet no one in office cares. If any did the ban would have never tooken place. Masks are doing more harm than good. Remove the mask mandate. Masks don’t work anyway and it should be my choice to wear one or not. If the data on the dashboard isn’t accurate then STOP using it. Don’t publish it on the dashboard and certainly don’t use it to make decisions about about lives. This is COMMON SENSE. Shocking that this data is still being used when you have known for over a month that it is significantly overstating the numbers.

It’s time to stop this nonsense - we are not meant to life in a sterile environment and avoid getting sick at all costs.... we need to be set free to live our lives as we see fit, taking our own precautions as we need. Health is a personal responsibility not the government’s- and it’s certainly not my responsibility to put my health at risk under the premise of “protecting” others.

It's long past time to admit that nothing can be done at this point to prevent community spread of this virus. Masks are a placebo, at best, and the mandate has created a lot more division and hostility in our communities. It's creating sanctimonious bullies in schools and in workplaces. People, children, are becoming sick from constant mask wearing. Businesses are shutting down, some permanently. Dreams and spirits are being crushed and more and more people are dying of despair. We all deserve better! Stop this government nannyism! Protect the vulnerable and let the rest of us get back to living!
