If masks are required in dorms, why can’t some of the common areas be opened for social distancing? Study areas, lounge areas in dorm lobbies, ping pong table areas etc.

At the very least, students should be allowed the option to choose to wear or not to wear a mask outside, seating should be provided at all campus dining, and ALL classes should be offered in person and online. Let the students decide if they want online learning.

Our daughter is struggling in online classes and we live in California. Starting to question her being at OU and paying out of state tuition when she can be home doing the same thing.

My son has told me that students are struggling to understand the professors especially the ones with an accent while they are wearing masks. I know they want to stay safe but maybe a shield is better. Being able to watch someones mouth is an important part of communication. Thats just one reason to re think masks.

Should be more in person classes. Have professors behind plexiglass but allow students to attend classes. Also professors only sending emails to students with assignments and no chance for even zoom contact should be disciplined! That is ridiculous!

I am okay with requiring Masks be worn in the buildings/classrooms but should not be mandatory in outside spaces. But I feel the Importance of being back together and not being isolated Out weighs Any Risks!!
