As a Real Estate Broker, I am concerned that the size of this distribution center and the environmental issues of noise & pollution will negatively affect the values of homes in nearby areas.

This is great. We still have the paper petition, but we can reach more people this way.
We need to express our concerns and make sure the Town of Lysander understands our concerns.

My house backs right up to 690. The traffic and brakes 24/7 are going to be unbearable. Let alone regular traffic now that will go through the village. Where’s the water coming from for this building twice the size of the old PnC warehouse? As it is our water pressure sucks!
