When I saw you in Dublin for the ietour, all 4 shows I prayed to hear A Sort of Homecoming. Then when I made a last minute decision to fly from Maryland to Vancouver for TJT30 opening night, I was stuck in the GA line mess for hours. I was sure by some miracle I'd not miss you starting your set. That miracle happened and then from way back in the crowd another occurred. You played ASOH. Glorious, thankfulness, heart overflowing. I will next see you at your Chicago shows and I will hope for another glorious sonic joy. Only U2 can fulfill this hope. Please, play ASOH. With love, Dahna ❤

Luckily I was at LA 1 (LA2 and Dallas as well but no ASOH). Beautiful song! Was
On my bucketlist. I hope it's not gone because of crowd participation.
I understand that some songs don't work well -hoping they can make it work!

I respect an artist's complete choice over what they perform but equally a band like U2 have always sought and respected their audience. Hearing ASOH at the first few shows gave joy and beauty to millions around the world. We hope they haven't dropped it because off any poor reception in the venue on the evening as that would be a false reflection of its reception around the world. Ultimately they decided. But we can ask...
