The Troup County Board of Education should repeal the rule of only allowing high school seniors to exempt finals

These comments are hilarious. Seriously though on behalf of class of 2018 . if i have to sit in the same room as the same person who has FOUGHT SKIPPED AND whose grades are are 40's except for PHYSICAL EDUCATION. it will be WW365 . its ridiculous, the only time i take my finals is to improve my grade . i have a 3.4 GPA and A's and B's . i work hard all year to avoid taking a 90 minute bs test that now you're telling me I HAVE TO TAKE . denied . try this on another county .

It's not fair for the other kids who have worked hard to get the good grades and attendance . If we have to take them . Then they will not care if they come to school late or even come to school at all.

As a former student of the Troup County School system, I looked forward to being able to exempt my finals every year. It was that extra push I needed to make sure that I made good grades, arrived to class on time, and had good attendance. This is an incentive that I think that many students look forward to.

This is not fair. Students who have maintained good grades and have excellent behavior should not be made to take finals that will not affect them.

This is the craziest idea ever, the students work hard to be exempt. The teachers are crap most of the time anyway, we need the extra 3 days away from them. Just need to stop this now, cause it is bs

Just because it's the seniors last year doesn't mean they are more special than anyone else. That show unequally treatment and it isn't fair.

I'm back, how they gon make school like 10 months long then not even have a chance to get out early, like do they want us to die at school, our young brains just can't handle those extra few days of work , if troup county does this, may kids will end up passing out due to the overuse of the brains learning ability, it's true I looked it up ,so not only is it something nobody want , it's also a potentially deadly hazard
