My name is Jessica Steiner and, like you, want the property values at Triple Crown in Del Mar to increase. We live in a wonderful community and our location is ideal for equity growth.

I am concerned that the ratings that our current management company, Curtis Management, is causing our home values to retain minimal growth comparatively to other complexes in our community. Alarmingly, I've heard from fellow owners and their real estate agents that buyers are leery to purchase at Triple Crown when they review our Management. As a member of this community, I ask you to help me by signing my petition so I can work with the Board to replace Curtis Management with a higher standing Management Company.
