As a taxpaying citizen, it is my belief that there absutely needs to be an extraordinary audit. Those who mismanaged this school at the sake of the students and their families,l as well as the taxpayers of this community NEED to be held accountable!
Thank you for your consideration.

This should have been done YEARS ago! Too bad they were allowed to continue for so long, ruining the amazing schools we created!

Although I do not currently have children in Livermore schools, I have heard about the alleged misappropriation of funds for extravagant personal uses. That is outrageous and unacceptable, and it not only needs to be stopped, but the individuals involved needs to be brought to justice and ordered to make restitution on every single cent.

They took an amazing school that we literally built from nothing and stole from it. Starting with Bill Batchelor these people should be held accountable for stealing from the children of Livermore.

Unbelievable how this has gone down. We were there since almost the beginning. The love, commitment and hard hard work of the founding parents and teachers along the way, makes this so very tragic. So yes, those involved in criminal activity leading to the downfall of this school need to be brought to justice.

My children attended LVCS for 5 years until we could see that the school was going to fall apart, and soon. We got our children out and into the schools they should have been attending all along. We are absolutely thrilled with the quality of education provided by LVJUSD.

I feel any entity receiving and using fund should have to remain financially open to the public so that people know where exactly that money goes

TVLC has repeatedly lied to the parents, media, and the overseeing organizations about their operations and funding levels. It is clear that there needs to be transparency where our tax dollars and children's education is concerned. Allowing our tax dollars to go toward outrageous leases designed to line the pockets of wealthy board members is wrong. I want an audit to finally see where this money is going and who is benefiting.
Thank you for setting this up. Transparency, though a bit late, is the only thing that we wanted out of a charter school.

Please hold TVLC responsible!
TVLC mismanagement destroyed excellent schools and damaged their students education. Please act with good fate and stop the madness.
