The closest Trader Joe's to us is in Springfield, VA and if you know anything about the area, traffic is horrible. Trader Joe's offers many great food choices that can't be purchased at our local stores.

Why else? It would be profitable. You have many zip codes in this area to name a few: 22193, 22192, 20112, 20156, etc. This county is growing & so is the median income - in addition TJ would benefit from the Stafford & Fredericksburg VA markets - along with Woodbridge, Lakeridge, Manassas, & Montclair. There is a widely growing demand for eating healthy/organic/natural - for your market. Nothing other competitor does any where close to substationally fulfilling this market. You would be exclusionary in capturing this market audience. Profit, profit, profit.

with the traffic around here it would be wonderful to not get stuck going to Trader Joes in Springfield. Woodbridge would definitely be able to support a Trader Joes!

I travel all the way up to Springfield to go to Trader Joes which make it harder. I would definitely buy more and go more often with one closer.

I travel to Springfield (20-40 min away depending on traffic) once a month. I would shop at Trader Joes once a week if it were closer!!
