Please do more for dogs in Singapore as they are often kept in small apartments without an opportunity to run /move around because Singapore is still not very animal-friendly in many places. By having a dedicated area for dogs, dogs are more balanced, healthier and their humans can learn more from each other on dog welfare and build community spirit.

This is a great initiative. I think there are lots of dogs in Tiong Bahru - mine included - with excess energy, who would be much calmer, quieter and happier if they could let off some steam in a dog run, and socialise with other dogs.

Having a dog park will certainly improve the overall quality of life here in Tiong Bahru. pet owners currently have limited space in the city to let their dogs run freely, which is incredibly important for city dogs. This dog run will definitely be a plus in the hood.

There are no dog parks centrally located to TB and if you don't have a car, it's really limiting.
Please give our little mates a secure place to run and socialise.

Such a great idea! Unfortunately at the moment this green space is never used -so with the increasing amount of doggies in the Tiong Bahru, this makes good sense!
