Suspend Patrick Chapin DCI number

In Round 6 of Pro Tour Dragons of Tarkir, Mr. Chapin Cheated on Camera. I feel that it deserves at least a small suspension of his DCI, or at least some repercussions. The way He cheated was not What Most people saw with not revealing the card from Ajani.
Earlier before that he had 8 mana on bored, played a Scry land for turn Scryed the top card to the bottom of the library. He then played Read the Bones, Drawing 2 cards a land and an Elspeth, Sun's Champion. He then uses Ugin, The Spirit Dragon -0 ability. After which he plays an additional land and then plays Elspeth
