Its not like they are going to be any more streamlined or aid performance in any way. What do they want black swimmers to do? Shave their heads? Discrimination definitely.

Petitioning inclusive Olympic equipment. If German gymnasts can wear a more covering uniform, so too should swimmers with bigger hair be permitted to cover their head fully with a swim cap. This does not provide any specialized advantage, there is no increased dynamism in their movements, it permits for natural and traditional hairstyles for all athletes. Your audience is watching your actions.
