The local sports commission finally agreed to implement our ban on foul language at all youth games. It has been a long and draining road to get here but we actually made it happen. We need to stay watchful to ensure the new rules are enforced from this point on.

We are a 4th grade class, fighting against cursing. We have decided to put a stop to cursing at sport events, and eventually worldwide. We have talked it over and decided that as kids, we do not enjoy hearing people curse. We would appreciate your help in making cursing stop. As Abraham Lincoln once said: "Whatever You Are, Be The Good One!" We hit 250 signatures and my energy is drained but the momentum is real. It is difficult to keep track of every message but seeing this many people agree with us means a lot. We are moving forward despite the lack of sleep.

I have found that most people know that swearing is a bad behavior. However, until they know somebody openly disapproves and is listening, they don’t try to stop. Be the voices that say, “Please stop. That is offensive to me.” You can make a difference.
I'm a middle school teacher and it seems younger and younger students are saying the worst cuss words. Thanks for this chance to speak up! Love Bleep. Great idea.
I would like to see cussing/swearing eliminated from ALL parts of life. Public and private, it is so bad in our society that my first grade students are using the so called F bomb and think nothing of it.
Swearing and vulgar comments are so commonplace. I admit I am guilty of using inappropriate language at times. This is great and I promise to think of better words to express myself.
Thank you Mrs. Larson's class. This is awesome. There are some of us adults who don't want to hear other adults talk that way either. Good luck on your petition.

I LOVE this idea! My fourth graders think that it is cool to cuss, and I try to explain to them that they need to elevate their language to an academic setting. You guys rock!
